    <description>&lt;P&gt;Plusnet seriously need to get their act together. Customer Services is now poor regardless of Covid issues.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No Chat service, no email support route, out of date website with seriously out of date information. broken Billing systems * &lt;STRONG&gt;STILL&lt;/STRONG&gt;* still after 3 years. Broken links.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Discriminates partly with disabled people, with it poor customer Service channels - I am considering raising this with the legal authorities unless Chat and email support come back on line soon.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Customer services need to deal with customer issues/complaints on the forum quicker since you seem to have made this one of the main channels for support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Promised my billing/account issue would be deal with over a month again, still not sorted&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The "&lt;EM&gt;Do you proud&lt;/EM&gt;" adverts are now a joke. It should be now be "&lt;EM&gt;lets NOT give a service&lt;/EM&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
