Plusnet going downhill with service support

I am sadden to see that Plusnet once renowned Customer Services has gone down a lot over the past 6 months, I know Covid 19 has had some impact. But the lost of Live Chat is very bad. It was my main way of contacting you for issues as I am hard of hearing.

Also lack of feedback when an ongoing issue on my account is still occurring

Hi there @wakeman, I've responded to your other forum post regarding your issues, but I'm sorry to see that you've been made to feel this way regarding the loss of our webchat service.

It's certainly feedback that we've gotten before, and I will absolutely pass it on to the necessary people to see if any improvements can be made because of it.
