Hi just wanted to shout out support's handling of my recent line issues and subsequent regrading of my service. People often only take time out to complain, I just wanted to bounce some positive feedback your way. (Also, indirectly, I thought the Openreach enginers were most helpful, especially with things as they are at the moment). Smiles all round

At least two, actually, @Shep41 . My limited number of problems have always been dealt with professionally and efficiently, but I tend to put my thanks against the threads created to solve them.
