Since your "Live Chat" appears to be dead and the Customer Service number does not take calls how do I get in touch re the above?

In order to get the right staff member to pick up you issue, you need to post on the appropriate forum in the "Help with my Plusnet services" section of the forums. This feedback forum is not necessrily patrolled by the Customer services staff.

Live chat is NOT dead its been removed 🙄 and PN have decided not to let people know
