Customers of UK ISP Plusnet may be interested to know that the provider has announced that they’ve removed the option of their annual Line Rental Saver ??

To clarify for people not reading the article, it's only for new customers.
Still available for existing customers.

Still available for existing customers at present........but as the article mentions most companies have withdrawn from offering lrs paid in advance and questions how much longer it will be available for existing PN customers.

How much less customer service can PlusNet get away with... and still claim "Award Winning" customer service...

Or rather....yeah... they can WIN the "Award" for the worst and least........

so their claim will still be valid...

ah well... ..... .... .....

Has Plusnet been sold to a French company ? ? ? every part of customer service seems to start with "Non ">>>>.....
