Seems some customers are having problems with cash back offers.

Perhaps a member of staff could explain the procedure for claiming cash back offers.

Thank you for that link.

Should be useful to anyone having problems with cash back offers but the only problem might be if a third party fails to pay the cash back for any reason then the customer is stuck, clearly this is not PNs fault but if there are a high number of complaints re one company perhaps PN should cease using them or at least get them to stop advertising cash back offers for new customers.
