    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone tell me how I cancel my subscription?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am out of contract but can't speak to anyone or message anyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm moving house on May 1st and no longer need Broadband or Phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help. Iv'e looked everywhere &amp;amp; called the customer help line who tell me to access online but there is nothing to see regarding cancelation (apart from phoning!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reading!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
