is it at all possible for someone to return my calls about my 5 week wait to get my broadband sorted out, i was supposed to be called back around 1.30pm today, and after a reminder call from me at 3.30, around 4.30 pm, maybe all the clocks in the house have stopped and we are having an eclipse because the phone hasn't rung yet

Sorry about that - it looks though like someone's called you to advise now? As I understand it the order is due to complete on the 20th.
EDIT - My apologies, they're talking to BT regarding the order (apparently we need to book an engineer for the installation) and will be ringing you as soon as that's done.

my connection has been stable for 12 hours now, so when the BT engineer came he could find no faults, I just have to wait now and see if it goes off again

Thanks, it went off at 3.50 this afternoon, since then its just been connecting/disconnecting constantly, sometimes staying on long enough to view a web page or to post a reply, by tomorrow that will be 6 weeks since the problem started.
