I have overcharged for my BB/phone service. I need to contact customer services. However, I work all day which means I can't spend 45 minutes waiting for my call to be answered and online chat isn't working.
Rated top for customer service? When you can actually get to speak to them maybe.

Best try CHAT; it won't work if you use a POP UP blocker, or some browsers I believe.

It seems that if you want to contact anyone... send a Private Message to @Gandalf or any of the "staff" if you see their avatar on the feedback page.

To send a Private Message... click on the Staff Member`s avatar... and a page opens. where you should see a "Contact Me " area on the right hand side... click on Private Message....
