    <description>&lt;P&gt;There or several other account specific pages in the "Member Centre" that no longer work,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For example "&lt;STRONG&gt;Configure Static IP&lt;/STRONG&gt;",&amp;nbsp; you used to be able to toggle between static or dynamic IP,&amp;nbsp; and when on a static block of IPs, the page used to show the addresses and how they were allocated (eg router, broadcast, spare, etc).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Currently selecting this option shows this useless information -&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Plusnet Static IP config.jpg"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.plus.net/skins/images/C609438E14F74187406A5F71B85BA3E7/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="Plusnet Static IP config.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The "Member Centre" Broadband summary page is currently missing the estimated line speeds and minimum guaranteed line speed,&amp;nbsp; despite the information always being readily available on BTs "&lt;A href="http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/" target="_self"&gt;Broadband Availability Checker&lt;/A&gt;"&amp;nbsp;, and therefore should be a simple set of data to update here.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I too appear to have the "full set" of missing/broken features on my account - the missing data in the connection details; the updating preferences banner (again reported months ago);missing and erroneous data (I am on 55/10 and my router confirms this but the Member Centre page says 38.4Mbps); missing "feature" on the static IP page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On top of my billing issues this just adds to the confidence I have in Plusnet!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The "&lt;STRONG&gt;Broadband Order Tracker&lt;/STRONG&gt;" was a misleading shambles throughout the progress of my ADSL2 to FTTC upgrade, started in February and completed late April 2019.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But looking at it today in December, it still says it's waiting to take the first payment, despite my billing being correct and up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also the tracker is showing "&lt;EM&gt;We're preparing to order your Plusnet Hub One&lt;/EM&gt;", well it's a bit bloody late now, and I no longer need it as (obviously) I have alternative hardware in place !.&amp;nbsp; Why on earth doesn't the ordering process flag to staff that hardware hasn't shipped when a new service become active ?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I could go in to details about the "&lt;STRONG&gt;Product Change&lt;/STRONG&gt;" tool that shows incorrect package information and wrong pricing,&amp;nbsp; or the billing pages that are a nightmare to decipher.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But I'm done wasting my time here, as I'll only get told it's "&lt;EM&gt;work in progress&lt;/EM&gt;" and nothing will get fixed.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Now counting down the ten remaining months of my broadband contract, before I can migrate to an ISP that doesn't cause me constant stress with having to check whether I've been billed correctly every month !.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
