Hello,

I have just renewed with Plusnet and have received a couple of emails that are not displaying correctly by showing HTML code in place of the pound sign:

Call Plan: Anytime calls £8.00 per month

Viewed in the help assistant it is displayed correctly, but on Outlook and IOS email viewer its shown like the above.

A bit further in the email there is another bit of text that is displayed incorrectly even in the ticket:

If you donât want us to tell you about our products and services or if you want to complain, please visit www.plusnet/home-broadband/contract/ or write to us at Plusnet plc, The Balance, 2 Pinfold Street, Sheffield, S1 2GU

Looking around the forum this has been reported a few times before with promises to get it fixed.

hmmm interesting that no one from Plusnet is interested in some feedback, or did I post this in the wrong place?
