      <description>There was a day they were responsive, helpful &amp;amp;amp; knowledgeable. Now you just get someone that cuts your chat off &amp;amp;amp; then someone that C/Ps a major outage report saying you would be OOS until the next day &amp;amp;amp; service shortly resumes.</description>

&lt;P&gt;In terms of the major service outage you had, it was an outage on our supplier's network which more than likely would have affected a number of lines. We get given an estimated response time however these are not always accurate as it could always be fixed sooner and it can sometimes take longer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
