&lt;P&gt;If you had come to the end of the minimum term of a contract and reverted back to standard pricing, you would have been able to re-contract on a new discounted rate to try and keep costs down moving forward.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I do wish you all the best with your new provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have been suffering the removal of customer service since Plusnet was bought out by BT.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Plusnet used to be a good company .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm leaving because like you I couldn't get a decent response to anything.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then the final straw was the £34 a month for standard broadband (no fibre and no phone calls).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Wishing you good luck for the future&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the difference between Minimum and Maximum term of service ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Minimum is set to 365 days&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and the full or maximum term is 365 days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have paid in advance for the telephone line rental but you want to fine me more money for not using what I have paid for because the new ISP wants to transfer the service a few days before the end of the year.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I think an extra charge for something you have already paid for is unfair.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I think a complaint to&amp;nbsp; Offcom is my only option&lt;/P&gt;
