Leaving PlusNet because they are not doing me proud

I'm leaving Plusnet because they want me to pay £34 a month for standard broadband and like so many others who are leaving Plusnet I'm leaving as they are not offering reasonable pricing to loyal customers .

Prices are going up with all ISP's but as I write others are offering fibre connections for £23 a month !!

Thanks for coming back to us.

I'm sorry that we can't price match the deals of other providers or lower your contract offer. You'll likely find that the providers offering a low price point are doing so at a loss to entice new customers - much like we probably did at the start of your initial contract. Obviously, we'd like to retain you, but if you've spoken to our Customer Options Team and they're unable to provide a deal you're happy with, there's unfortunately little I can add to that conversation that will provide additional value.
