&lt;LI&gt;Webchat unavailable – and on the one occasion it showed as available in the last two weeks, unavailable by the time I’d typed in required info.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Conflicting (and, tbh, slightly chippy) responses from twitter team&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;40+ minute wait on telephone lines (and issue not resolved)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I’ve been a customer since PN replaced Metronet and one of the joys of using PN has been on the rare occasions I’ve needed support it has been, easy, quick, efficient, solved the problem and been conducted via the communication medium of _&lt;EM&gt;my&lt;/EM&gt;_ choice.&amp;nbsp; This was true as recently as last September.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is not true now, and that is a “now looking for another provider” level shame&lt;/P&gt;</description>
