I had a BT Smart Hub (HH6) showing steady orange.</P> <P>The young lady diagnosed a router/hub fault and said she would send a replacement. I was a little sceptical having connected to the hub. It was telling my there was an internet failure.</P> <P>Next morning a new hub arrived about 10am and I was back up running in a few minutes.</P> <P>I didn't have to wait long to talk to a tech.
