HI, 1st time post, i'm experiencing very high ping numbers, and very high jitter numbers with my adsl braodband tonight in Coventry. usually very good, ping 20, jitter 2, now in the hundreds for ping, and 50-100 jitter. i think it may be a local problem, maybe at the exchange. i am quite experienced with computer problems but have not had this so bad before. download speed looks ok but upload non existant. anyone else having this sort of problem in the area?

Hi suddenly all OK, back to normal thank goodness, ping 17ms, jitter 1ms, speed 4.1mbps, 0.4mbps, all ok

Sorry to hear you've had issues with your broadband connection, and I'm happy to hear it's working well again now. I've tested your service and there's no problems flagging up, but please let us know if you do have any further issues.
