    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not all at impressed Plusnet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mobile phone line is completely dead - incoming or outgoing calls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attempted to log a call via Chat - not available (it never seems to be available)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called the support number and chose the Plusnet mobile option&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;15 mins later, call was picked up "Sorry but you have called the broadband support number" &amp;gt; No I didn't&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Sorry but there is nothing I can do, transferring you over...."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another 10 minutes later....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"We are aware of national network issue" &amp;gt; Ok to save other customers going through this frustration, please place information about this outage on your website and on the service status of the forums, i am just posting to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"I will pass your comments onto my manager"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Apologies for any inconvenience. We're aware that some Plusnet Mobile customers were experiencing an issue using their voice services. This issue has now been resolved, if you're still having problems please let us know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
