      <title>Rubbish customer service</title>

      <description>25 min advised call wait time at 6:15 pm on a sat evening finally get answer at 7:45 pm yes 90 mins then told no-one in department I need as closed asked to be called back was told would be Monday!!! Why someone else can't call me back next day and was told it's how it works in a call centre as could leave a message but no-one would probably deal with it .so my options are wait more than likely for 2 days by the sound of it and then only if person I spoke to remembers after their day off or do i spend another 90 mins on hold</description>
