    <description>&lt;P&gt;For the past few days I have found missed calls from 01143073836 on my landline. Tonight it called again so, intrigued, I answered. Caller, obviously in a busy call centre from the background noise, claimed to be calling on behalf of Plusnet. My contact preference is set to email only. Why is Plusnet using this call centre to pester me or is it a scam? I have blocked the number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My apologies the agent should have left a note on your account, I will pass that feedback on for you.
