Why are there never enough staff to answer calls?
Every time I have rung they are "experiencing high call volumes"

Hi @janelizabeth57

I'm sorry you were having difficulties getting in touch over the phones - from time to time we do have an influx of calls, I do understand that his can be frustrating. But please rest assured, we have people working hard everyday to answer calls as quickly as possible and bring those call queues down!
