    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI, &amp;nbsp;I would like to thank the lady who helped me with a connection problem this morning. &amp;nbsp;I had problems with the connection after a reset and she explained the problem, talked me through it and got it all up and running. &amp;nbsp;Also, I'm now getting everything UK based instead of USA which was the original problem. &amp;nbsp;I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she was very friendly, helpful and professional and a credit to Plusnet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I got through straight away no wait at all and spoke to a very knowledgeable young man who sorted it out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I totally agree first class service for a very reasonable cost&lt;/P&gt;
