After 7 years with plusnet its time to move on due to pure economics , Reliability great , House moves smooth , Billing problems sorted straight away , Recomend plusnet to others definately (unless they have a house full of teenagers ) . So just waiting for a code then its farewell old friend .
just a final thought for PN .If you want to climb to the top of the tree again a good start might be to move all your call centres into UK as its a lot easier to understand and be understood

Yes, it is sad when things change, particularly if you have been well suited in the past.
Hope that you do OK with your new ISP and of course if you don't, no doubt Plusnet will be pleased to have you back.
