Unanswered emails from Plusnet

I just wanted to find o9ut if anyone else is getting this?

I seem to receive a good number of emails from Plusnet each week.

One asked me about having fibre and I replied to ity saying I was interested but had some questions.

That was months back and not a single reply.

There have been others I replied to and just like before they never answer.

Seems to me to be a daft situation when they keep sending out communications to customers only to ignore them totally when they reply.

Are these emails genuine do you think?

Hi @insussex,

Thanks for getting in touch. We do send out marketing emails in regards to any relevant products to your account which will advise should advise no reply at the bottom, and give you a bounce back email when you attempt to reply.

Hmm, no bounce and no text saying don't reply.

Surely if you want me to buy into something, making it impossible to reply to you is counter productive?

@insussex have you got a "deleted" or "trash" folder on your email page ? if so, your deleted emails may well be in that location, until you delete them from that location , ( that is how "Thunderbird" works ! ) ..
