Plusnet holding up well in the satisfaction rating, but oh dear the average call waiting time!

I wonder what their rating would be if they sorted out the support line.

What's the wait time like on chat these days?

Don't know about chat because it was unavailable the three occasions I tried earlier this week.

However, I phoned as a result of that and the call was answered straight away by C S..
