      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received my latest PN invoice this morning, which had increased quite a bit...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I rang &lt;STRONG&gt;0800 432 0200&lt;/STRONG&gt; at 8am, answered within 2 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Apparently my 24 month Phone discount had expired, but with no notification from PN !&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;(They don't do phone renewal emails !)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyway, after about 5 minutes on the phone, all was back to normal, with another 24 month discounted deal in place.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Satisfied customer.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received 3 emails confirming the details of the renewal&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Saved as pdf, and printed out to include in my PN Folder.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And a note in my diary......&lt;/P&gt;</description>
