      <title>Shocking service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Shocking service as outlined below.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) No means to email, instant message or chat.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) Unhelpful and contradictory information provided by Plusnet on phone calls.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3) I spent multiple hours on the phone to&amp;nbsp;Plusnet while they failed&amp;nbsp;to fix Broadband problem: failed to set up broadband following house move, despite repeated advice to Plusnet informing them regarding house move.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4) Contradictory and inappropriate information regarding making a complaint; I was initially told I could only make the complaint verbally and immediately.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5) There is no means of making a complaint online.&lt;/P&gt;
