    <description>I was recomended to change Phone and BB to plus net by a friend.&lt;BR /&gt;After several enquires to sale team I was&amp;nbsp; Repeatedly assured that there would only be a short interuption in phone &amp;amp; bb service of about 1/2 hour whilstt change was made&lt;BR /&gt;My Phone line has now been changed with th promised short break&amp;nbsp; however I am now told it will be around 7 Days before by broadband service is enabled&lt;BR /&gt;(i am writing this on friends computer)&lt;BR /&gt;I am already regreting change to plusnet&amp;nbsp; and wondering what other lies I have been told about plusnet service. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@EF02202129013B5A91517CA3B2B0F58A/images/emoticons/cry.gif" alt="Cry" title="Cry" /&gt;</description>
