The first thing to catch my eye was on https://www.ispreview.co.uk and I quote:
"Over the past couple of years Plusnet has taken a bit of a hit and is no longer as well known for good customer support as it used to be"

most probably the same reason i posted in general chat , the ISP review link .

Plusnet always say they have great customer service but unfortunately this has been going downhill over the past few years , and is now being noticed everywhere .

its about time they took a step back to see what they doing wrong compared to a few years ago .

Even it look at Jelvs post from last year 27/11/16 what has changed ?? nowt !!
