      <description>&lt;P&gt;Now that someone else has mentioned it, I'll add my own experience...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;... I too had need to call BUSINESS support yesterday (Mon 4th Dec) and the phone was on both occasions answered within a few seconds, despite being advised of a 15 minute queue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;... that said if the SNRM reset put through to BTw systems had done its jib in the first place, a second call (clogging up the lines) would not have been required.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
