I have seen many plusnet users on the fibre forum to request GEA Test all the times including myself. I think it a pain to ask the staff to run the GEA Test to see the result of the line from BT System.

Can Plusnet put GEA Test on the member account if all possible so we can run the GEA Test ourselves but a restrict one test per fortnightly to avoid abused GEA Test.

If not possible to do this way, u can closed this thread.

This doesn't sound like a bad idea and I'll be happy to pass the feedback on.

It's likely to be something that won't happen overnight though (if it can be done at all).
