    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is what I recieve when I try and visit certain sites:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://i.imgur.com/Kysi5KC.png" target="_blank"&gt;https://i.imgur.com/Kysi5KC.png&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://i.imgur.com/W418okW.png" target="_blank"&gt;https://i.imgur.com/W418okW.png&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm guessing my browsing access has been restricted, but usually I would be given an option to acknowledge &amp;amp; continue browsing until I do pay, but I haven't?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the 'fixes' (resetting my router to connect to a new ip, turning off the router for 65 minutes, disabling/enabling my account) and none have seemed to work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
