I have just noticed that BT are up grading their customers anyone know if Plusnet are going to do the same.

Dont think PN has any intention of giving away free speed boosts , they wont increase the upload from 2 to 10

That is the main reason why I will consider migrating when my minimum term expires. I don't want to pay the extra for the larger upload speed when I don't require the increased download speed.

If you want to move out when in contract, i think BT pay up to £300 to cover curtailment fees

I remember a few years ago when BT decided to do a free upgrade(?) of their 40/20 customers to 55/10. At the time, I remember asking on this forum, if Plusnet were thinking of doing the same. A plusnet representative said they had no plans. A few months went by, and guess what... Plusnet were offering an automatic upgrade (opt out) of it's 40/20 customers to 55/10. It wouldn't surprise me to see a free upgrade offered, though the complete [-Censored-] up by Plusnet of the last upgrade might be putting them off.
