Madasafish Problems

What has happened to the Madasafish Homepage? Had problems with 'dodgy' connections yesterday but cannot raise it at all today so can't log a ticket or contact customer service.
I am still waiting for a resolution to my problem dating back to MARCH '09. Bob kept saying - am working on it.

I am also a Madasafish customer and have noticed the apparent disappearance of the Madasafish pages. While searching for info I found this forum and am finding out more about the Madasafish/plusnet customer experience, not good.
I signed up with Freenetname about 10 years ago, and following various mergers and takeovers am now a Madasafish customer. It seems to me that the service level has drastically reduced since the BT acquisition.
I have also noticed the amount of information about networks etc. which is available to plusnet customers which is not provided to Madasafish customers.
I also have had a problem since April 09, the only way I have managed to get any action is to raise a complaint with ISPA, then escalate to the next level. The terms and conditions suggest writing to the MD, don't waste your time, he does not even acknowledge the letter.

Just to add more info https:\\secure.madasafish.com seems to be OK.
http:\\www.madasafish.com is as far as I can see dead.
This means I can access my account, however when I click the link for "Tickets" the required address is http:\\www.madasafish.com/contact/tickets.shtml, and so fails.
It does not inspire confidence in as ISP which cannot even ensure that its own website is available. This is not a blip, the site has been unavailable for at least 20hours to my knowledge.

Odd? I've just tried the home pages you quote and http://www.madasafish.com/broadband/ and it works also http://www.madasafish.com/support/service-status.html with no problems? Tested from my Plusnet account.

I don't have a Madasafish login to go further, but the main site seems OK.

It recovered soon after my post, it was certainly not available when I posted.
After posting I installed OpenDNS and found I could access the site OK, Madasafish default DNS failed.
While checking my laptop a few minutes later all seemed OK.

I was about to post this handy link sometimes useful for checking http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
I tried the MAAF site direct and it worked ok. I put it into the link and it said it was down.... strange.
I tried it direct again, ok. Put it in the checker, now OK.. Still ok.

I can get to both of them using IE8 but very slow to load - but my secondary DNS server is OpenDNS

Oh no it's not
"problem loading page" on Firefox
& "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" on IE8
both on my PN connection.

Still having problems. Was available when I logged on first thing today but it disappeared after opening emails and Googling. I still do not have it.

We've seen reports of slowness, but not any issues with the page not loading.
