I have the app running fine on my Laptop.

When I signed up for BT , I read that it could be used also on other devices.

However I tried to put it onto my Tablet it was not compatible.

I phoned PN and after 45 mins I actually spoke to someone. An unacceptable wait.

The operative checked with BT who told him that the App is not compatible with 4.2.2 android.

PN should not advertise these facts when such problems are present.

This is the first time that I have ever had any issues whatsoever with PN.

Overall I am content with BT Sport and Broadband etc

the minimum requirement is clearly listed on the play store listing

Android 4.3 is minimum requirement.

Hindsight is a great thing. I reckon PN should have made this clearer.
