      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of the great things about Plusnet used to be getting help. That seems to be in the past as I've been trying to get in touch with them all day and unless I want to be in a queue for &amp;gt; 30-40 min no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried chat and it's constantly "Not available right now"&lt;BR /&gt;Email support is gone as well&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Time to move on or just a bad day?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I believe that Chat is currently switched off to enable greater resource to be deployed on phone support.&amp;nbsp; Raise your query here on the Forum?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To my knowledge plusnet has never had an Email support channel.&amp;nbsp; The old 'Ticket' system was discontinued some time ago.&lt;/P&gt;
