Excellent service overall

Well after an initial hiccup when the activation date was changed leading to a long wait getting through to customer service everything has now turned out faultless. Fibre Broadband has been activated on time and the speed is as expected. Not a bad price too so feeling very happy at present. Fully recommend Plusnet and Long may it continue.
