This did not fix it and they advised me to leave the computer/modem on so they could check the line. Computer was on from 12pm yesterday for about 12 hours, sometime in the night computer attempted to switch off and modem switched off. Computer has now been on since before 10am, yesterday I asked if line had been tested yet and no one got back to me. I do not want to leave computer permanently switched on, have asked twice for someone to get back to me, aaaargh!
