topic Question not answered or updated in Plusnet Feedback

Last Saturday my fibre broadband slowed to only 6 Mbps. I rang customer services who tested my line. I had already done all the usual tests and the CSA told me he could find no issue so was referring my question to a support team who would answer by Tuesday. The question looked odd because it showed some of the CSA comments were shown as my responses.

My speed picked up slowly and by the next morning grey were back to normal and over 30 Mbps. There was no update and I updated the question on Tuesday. There still has been no update from the support team even though it was due several days ago.

Luckily my problem seems to have resolved itself but this is poor service from them to a potential fault.

It looks like our faults team responded not too long after this post.

Apologies for the time that took, please do let us know if you start to experience slow downs again so we can look in to this further.
