    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just completed a Chat and the agent sorted the problem (reduce smart cap) but was unable to email confirmation&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;OK so I needed to save the Chat transcript but there was a problem&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Using Firefox 54.0.1 and with the chat in a popup window the option to save the chat didn't appear&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So either there is a problem or I missed something when ending chat&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Oldjim I've had issue before; I recall that e mail transcript option is on original, not pop up window.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That may well be the reason as, after using the popout I went to other websites and closed the Plusnet window while waiting for an agent&lt;/P&gt;</description>
