Failed payment

Had a problem this morning with the PN web page , firstly i must say i dont pay by DD i pay with debit card , as its suits me better.

anyhow this morning was my due day but i cant pay till Friday , normally i just get the failed billing page and click acknowledge and pay later, simple

well not today ,,,, it took over a hour for the page to load correctly , think PN need to look at this

Hi @rongtw Sorry to hear you're not able to bypass the failed billing screen.

I've manually removed the failed billing status from your account so you should be able to browse normally. When you're ready to pay you'll need to either call us or if you drop me a private message I'll be happy to give you a call.
