Flawless fibre migration from Plusnet

My experience with the order has been almost perfect

Everything went as planned phone migrated at 3:30 AM and fiber was live before noon. The email that the router had been sent arrived after the router itself but this was anyway before the migration date.

I also added the BT Sport option on Sky that was a bit more cumbersome as the online system did not acknowledge my existing viewing card but Anoush sorted it out on the same day.

Thanks to all Plusnet staff especially Anoush who went the extra mile to make things happen on BT Sport
