Communicating with PlusNet

Communicating with PlusNet on sensible matters is very very difficult. I want to stop them sending personalised stuff that is at best irrelevant and at worst upsetting. Today I received yet another unwanted email about Mother's Day. I cannot find any way to simply turn this stuff off. And, of course, PlusNet does not accept emails from us customers. If, PlusNet, you manage to profile your customers' preferences, stick to them. If you have not profiled us, then get on with doing what you do very well (broadband, etc, services), and let us get on with our lives. And start accepting emails from customers. And if anyone who reads this post knows how to get simple messages through to the bosses at PlusNet without having to go through a clumsy process, please encourage them to tell all of us users how to use that method.

There really ought to be a link to that page in the footer of every email (except billing notifications and relating to questions/tickets).
