Are things looking up at plusnet ?

The last month ive had a good solid connection again, my ping seams to be lower and ive gained an extra meg on my downstream..

Plusnet over the past 8 months has been very hit and miss, but hopefully this is a sign they are coming back

They will never come back for me until they sort out their CS contact, billing systems, emails and teach their managers to read.

A good connection is fine but not if you can't EASILY contact them if/when it goes wrong and have some assurance that what they are telling you is correct and my recent experience is that it isn't correct and certainly not easy.

And if you read here regular , its surprising that the same errors keep getting repeated

But there is a serious problem with trying to let you know, with long waits on the phone with dreadful music, live chat delays and no tickets. Are you suggesting we start using these boards as tickets?
