Texts and Emails about router dispatch

On Tuesday I got a text telling me that a new router had been put in the post.

Today I get an email telling me that my router is on its way having been dispatched today.

It's great that you're telling me that its on its way - but it would be good if you could actually work out when its been put in the post.

We've seen the automatic dispatch notifications coming through late in some instances recently, it's being looked at Steve.
