Can't find current price list

I'm an existing customer. Quick question, where can I find a price list for current customers?

Background: I used to pay £11 per month (without line rental), then moved house and with line rental it went up to £25. OK fair enough. Looked at prices and thought i'd go for FTTC (only a couple of quid different). Now: "We'll soon be taking a payment of £39.98 for your service". Tried webchat (It worked, they told me how it was (I'm stupid)), seems I'm tied in for the next year and a half?

There isn't a price list to refer you to as such for existing customers.

There are retention offers our Customer Options team provide when renewing a contract.

Just to clarify, are you on fibre broadband at the moment or looking to upgrade?

I'll be happy to look into your payments tomorrow?

Yes, I'm now on basic unlimited fibre. (My decision to upgrade). It's a bit annoying that during the last episode I had, I signed up for a new 18 month contract. I then let my guard down and accepted a fibre upgrade and can't understand the difference between the cost of FTTC V's Copper.

I compared the cost for new customers, Where is the price list for old idiots 🙂

Bit Odd why PN does not have a price list for existing customers ?

so the only option is to Ring the COT , no special offers for Old customers

Through the Member Centre you can go through the motions of "Product Change" without actually hitting "submit".

Choose from the available options and the gadget will show you what you would be paying.
