      <description>&lt;P&gt;i wonder how we could get plusnet to answer our calls &amp;nbsp;sooner &amp;nbsp; ive &amp;nbsp;waited up to 37 mins &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;now if i ask amazon to phone me &amp;nbsp; i get a call in seconds!!!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;my download speed was 0.01mbs!! &amp;nbsp;so i have to phone &amp;nbsp;plusnet &amp;nbsp;am i missing something &amp;nbsp; in the olden days &amp;nbsp;one &amp;nbsp;could e mail &amp;nbsp;raise a ticket get your line checked &amp;nbsp; but &amp;nbsp;not &amp;nbsp;now &amp;nbsp;you have to listen to someone telling you &amp;nbsp;what &amp;nbsp;to do &amp;nbsp;but &amp;nbsp;you &amp;nbsp;have &amp;nbsp;done &amp;nbsp;that &amp;nbsp; just &amp;nbsp;get my &amp;nbsp;speed up&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;who says ill be renewing my contract?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Both &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;averages out &amp;nbsp;the same &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; there was a drop in speed &amp;nbsp; now gone up to 1.69 but nowhere near &amp;nbsp;the2.31 on 18/2/17&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I would say there is a problem&lt;/P&gt;
