Going round and round the...! bend

Will somebody PLEEEEEASE tell me WHEN the online chat support from Plusnet is available???
I have been going round and round and round!
I've looked EVERY WHERE on this website and probably won't be able to find my way back here to read any replies...
I REFUSE to ring them as I did last night and was in a queue for FIFTY SEVEN MINUTES despite it being told it was 'an approx. queue time of 45 minutes'...
ALL I want to do is get my name details correct on my billing account (as I'd been told it had been)....
ALL it is is there's a 'hyphen' in my first name but the website wouldn't let me add it when I opened my Plusnet account ..I then got an email saying my direct debit had been declined as there was 'an error'...when I spoke to Plusnet I worked it out that the 'missing hyphen' was the problem. ...and was told this would be fixed on my account.
Grrrrr!
I know it's a small issue but surely everyone wants their name spelt correctly!?!

Hi, welcome to the forum.

You've discovered one of PN's little tricks to confuse the unwary!

The problem is usually down to AdBlocker, Ghostery or similar. Whitelist the PN site and all should work.OK.
