Code error in support centre help assistant question response messages...

Each time I upload an image in connection with a support query, a code error is generated, as follows:

<br /><br /><a href="//www.plus.net/wizard/attachment.html?contact_id=194483598 >Download Attachment</a>

'"' is missing after 'id_194483598'

Is this a 'known' issue?

Hey,

I wasn't aware of this issue. Is this happening whenever you attempt to attach an image to a Support Ticket? When you're trying to to do this, is the ticket with you, or our Support Team?

Hey Chris... each time I upload a screenshot image, the code error mentioned above causes all subsequent text to remain part of the live link...

I inspected the page source in the Firefox browser and all the errors are highlighted in red...

This didn't stop me having my issue resolved...

I think it is more of a 'cosmetic' issue than a potential limitation on the support functions...

It will be interesting to see whether the issue can be corrected...
