      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are still major problems with PlusNet network affecting customers with dropouts / packet loss / intermittent long latency&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Response on tickets and customer service is very slow and PlusNet will do anything to fob you off.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However at last a email address to complain to !!!!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;complaints@plusnet.net&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;is a customer service email address&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The email address you've mentioned seems to be incorrect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However the email address I believe your referring to is an internal email address. Not a customer service email address as you are advising.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Looking at your account I can see our complaints team have previously responded to you and there is unfortunately nothing further we can advise via the forums to help with that matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;mtwbath , Please don't take this the wrong way.&amp;nbsp; I took the afternoon off today, as I knew I would have to ring plusnet &amp;nbsp;(No&amp;nbsp;broadband for me&amp;nbsp;for over a month, spending lots of money on an EE 3g wifi thing).&amp;nbsp; It took 20 minutes for them to pick up the phone and whilst waiting I read this thread and other posts of yours.&amp;nbsp; Again, please tell me to shut up if you want but what exactly is the problem you are seeing?&amp;nbsp; You presumably need a connection that doesn't ever drop any packets (correct me if i'm wrong)&amp;nbsp; I am just curious why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
